With over four decades of hands-on experience in general construction, our CPO brings a rare depth of knowledge that strengthens every facet of our real estate investment strategy. His decades in the field—spanning structural evaluation and repair, renovation management, cost efficient build planning, and quality craftsmanship—allow our team to confidently assess properties with an expert eye long before numbers ever hit a spreadsheet.
